Description

This poster documents a May 3, 2008 performance at The Fillmore featuring Rogue Wave with support from Grand Ole Party, during a period when Rogue Wave were firmly established as one of the Bay Area’s most recognizable indie acts. By the late 2000s, the band had built a national following through melodic, emotionally direct songwriting and steady touring, with the Fillmore serving as a natural hometown stage. Designed by John Mavroudis, the poster is part of the Fillmore’s long-running program of commissioning contemporary designers to visually document touring artists. Produced as an offset lithograph and printed by Great Impressions in South San Francisco, the piece functions as a record of Rogue Wave’s sustained presence within the San Francisco indie scene and the venue’s continued role in presenting regionally rooted bands to broader audiences.

Condition

Four tack holes on corners, a couple of ink residue dots/specs. Please see photos for the most accurate representation of condition.
